The objectives of the international cooperation are:
- Encourage interinstitutional cooperation and exchange of experience;
- To promote the international trade of Latvia;
- Develop the international collaboration by the means of the bilateral and the multilateral assistance projects as laid down in the Treaty of Lisbon.
