Service requests
In order to receive the service, an application (in a free form) must be submitted with a request to issue a distribution permit for the disposal of the remaining stocks of veterinary medicinal products.
An application may also be submitted by e-mail, signed with an e-signature.
It may also be submitted via an e-address of the institution.
The owner of a registration certificate, in accordance with the regulatory enactments regarding the performance of State supervision and control activities performed by the PVD and the payment of the provided fee services, shall cover the expenses related to the evaluation of the application.Service Processing
