Service requests
In order to obtain an authorisation, the manufacturer shall submit an application to the PVD, indicating:
1) the given name, surname or company name of the owner of the herd and registration number of the herd and accommodation in the register of farm animals, herds and holdings of the data centre;
2) the total number of birds in the holding, as well as the number of laying birds;
3) the species or species of birds from which eggs are obtained.
An application may also be submitted by e-mail, signed with an e-signature.
It may also be submitted via an e-address of the institution.
The necessary checks for the receipt of a permit shall be carried out for a fee, in accordance with the schedule of charges.Service Processing
The PVD shall review the application within 10 working days after receipt of the submission, inspect the holding and evaluate the conformity thereof with the requirements of regulatory enactments.
Within five working days, the PVD shall take one of the following decisions:
1) if the production of eggs conforms to the requirements - to issue a permit to the manufacturer and to include it in the list of authorisations issued;
2) if the production of eggs does not comply with the requirements referred to in Paragraph 6 of these Regulations - not to issue a permit to the manufacturer.
The PVD shall notify the manufacturer of the decision taken within three working days and shall issue a permit to the manufacturer.Receipt of services
