Service requests
In order to register a veterinary surveillance facility, an application for registration of an object must be submitted to the territorial unit of the PVD, accompanied by copies of documents determined by the binding regulatory enactments of each field, as well as a copy of a personal identification document, if the merchant is a natural person.
An application may also be submitted by e-mail, signed with an e-signature.
It may also be submitted via the e-address of the institution.
