Service requests
In order to obtain an authorisation FOR MIDDLE Transportation:
1) submit an agenda which includes information regarding:
- animal operations;
- loading and unloading equipment;
- procedures for placing animals in the vehicle;
- cleaning and disinfecting the vehicle;
2) present a certificate of qualification;
3. present a vehicle complying with the requirements of Chapter II of Annex I to Regulation No 1/2005 for the transport of animals.
The authorisation of the animal carrier for close transport and the certificate of qualification shall not be required if the owner of the agricultural animals transports animals belonging to him with his vehicle and the transport distance from the holding does not exceed 50 kilometres, or if the transport distance from the place of departure to the place of destination does not exceed 65 kilometres.
In order to be authorised FOR THE LONG haul, all of the above shall be submitted, accompanied by:
1) copies of the certificates of conformity of vehicles;
2) an emergency plan for action in unforeseen cases;
3) there is a possibility during transport to ensure communication with the driver;
4) the vehicle shall be equipped with a route control system (navigation system) capable of recording movements, stops, rest times and places, as well as the opening and closing of the cargo compartment.

In order to obtain the authorisation of the animal carrier or the authorisation of the vehicle, the animal carrier shall pay the national fee of EUR 31,30.Service Processing
The Service shall, within 10 working days after receipt of the documents, evaluate compliance with the requirements and take a decision regarding the issuance of an authorisation of an animal carrier or regarding the refusal to issue an authorisation of the animal carrier.Receipt of services
