In order to receive information from an institution (to request a complaint, to request information, etc.), an application must be submitted in which the given name, surname or name of the applicant (firm), the contact details, including the address where the reply is to be sent, and the submitter of the application thereof shall be signed (by hand or by a secure electronic signature) or submitted through the latvija.lv of the site. The information or request provided in the application shall be defined as precisely as possible, indicating the desired type of response (mail, e-mail, eAdrese).
The examination of the application shall be free of charge.
Receipt of services
The Authority shall examine the application and shall provide a response on the substance.
