Service requests
The operator or his authorised person shall complete part VSID-AP I of the TRACES NT Single Sanitary Entry Document for Plants, Plant Products in order to notify the border inspection post of the arrival of such consignments in advance.
The consignment shall be presented for control at the border inspection post and the operator or his authorised person shall present the accompanying documents of the consignment:
- the original of the phytosanitary certificate;
- In the case of importations of forest reproductive material in Latvia required an authorisation issued by the State Forest Service
- an official body of the country of origin issued by a document certifying the origin of material,
- documents accompanying the consignment.
